Nelsonville, WI., (Portage County) is centrally located, between Stevens Point to our West and Waupaca to our East. We are within 20 minutes (or less) driving distance of Amherst, Iola, Waupaca, Plover, Stevens Point or Rosholt.
To find us, if you’re coming from the Waupaca area on Hwy 10 W, you can take either the 1st or 2nd exit into Amherst to your right, which will be exit Hwy A, or B, exit to KK, turn left on KK to Q, turn Right (at the Storage Units) onto Q, to Nelsonville. If you’re coming from Plover, from I 39, take Hwy B to Amherst, turn left at Hwy KK to Q, turn right (at the Storage Units) onto Q to Nelsonville. From Stevens Point on Hwy 10 East, take Hwy 10 East to the Hwy 161 exit to your left; continue on 161 to Hwy Q. Turn right (at the Cemetery) on Q to Nelsonville. From the North out of or near the Rosholt Area, take Hwy A south from Hwy 66, to Hwy 161, turn right on 161 to Q, turn left (at the Cemetery) on Q into Nelsonville! From Iola, it’s a straight shot on Hwy 161 West to Hwy Q, turn left (at the Cemetery) on Q directly into Nelsonville and “Reflections”!
Nelsonville retains its small quaint population and is nestled along the banks of the Tomorrow River. This pristine waterway helped to give Nelsonville its start, and has extended itself to kayakers, canoeists and fly fishermen for years.
